Qigong and Tai Chi (Tai Ji) exercises for health and wellbeing in Worthing

The class is a mixture of exercises from Qigong and Taiji traditions incorporating standing and sitting exercises to awaken, revitalize and restore our inner vital energies. The classes will be designed to improve posture and using simple movements release tension and blockages allowing our energy to flow freely.
The classes are open to all, no experience necessary.
Cost: drop-in £6, concessions £4. 1st class free!
